E \u00e9 a partir dessa realidade que algumas redes t\u00eam actuado, fazendo transitar os pequenos para os pa\u00edses vizinhos ou para a Europa, numa situa\u00e7\u00e3o algo compar\u00e1vel \u00e0 que, no ano passado, se verificou no Chade com os franceses da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Arca de Zo\u00e9, que acabaram por ser detidos e julgados.<br \/>\nUm dos casos que recentemente chamaram a aten\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00f4nsul espanhol em Dacar, Ricardo A\u00f1ino, foi o de duas crian\u00e7as guineenses para as quais a funda\u00e7\u00e3o privada NEPP pediu visto para que fossem tratadas no Hospital Geral da Catalunha, numa altura em que haviam principiado em Barcelona iniciativas com vista \u00e0<br \/>\nadop\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nO visto foi pedido por Jordi Domigo Ribas, fundador da NEPP e chefe do servi\u00e7o de Psiquiatria do Hospital Geral da Catalunha, que costuma ir \u00e0 Guin\u00e9-Bissau em viagens de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o.
