From there the girls were transferred to the children home <a href=\"http:\/\/www.againstchildtrafficking.org\/category\/pap\/preet-mandir\/\">Preet Mandir<\/a> in Pune. \u00a0From there the two grandchildren were, without their grandmother&#8217;s consent or knowledge, given to adoptive parents in Spain the mediation of a Spanish adoption agency.<\/p>\n<p>ACT supported the grandmother in filing a Criminal Writ Petition against the State parties and Adoption Agency in the Indian Court.
